GreekStack licenses its chapter software and member apps to your chapter while your subscription is active. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable: your officers, members, and invited guests may use it for chapter operations, and nobody else.

You own your chapter's data, rosters, events, photos, and content you create. We host it for you and give it back (export) if you leave. You may not resell access, scrape other chapters' data, or use the platform for hazing, harassment, or anything illegal.

The apps are provided as-is. If something breaks, tell us through our contact form and we will fix platform defects; the full warranty and liability terms are in the Terms of Service.
