Compliance is built in. Every PNM opt-in is double opt-in with a timestamped consent receipt. We enforce CTIA STOP/HELP/START keyword handling and a quiet-hours gate. A2P 10DLC brand registration is handled at the platform level.

Card processing runs on Stripe at its standard rate plus a flat 3% platform share on Connect-routed collections.
