How it works

From signup to a live chapter site in one sitting.

Three steps. No developers, no design agency, no waiting months. Your chapter site, recruitment pipeline, dues collection, and member portals ship as one platform, live the same day.

  1. STEP 01

Create your account and claim your subdomain. Setup takes about a minute. Add your card at signup and you are charged the same day. No trial, no free month.

  2. STEP 02

    Brand it

Search your campus and choose your letters. GreekStack applies your school crest and palette across the whole site. Fine tune any shade after, or leave it exactly as it lands.

  3. STEP 03

    Go live

Publish your recruitment and management site, then start collecting interest forms and dues right away. Members and officers sign in on web or mobile.

After launch

What happens after you go live

  • Guided setup

A single guided checklist walks you from setup to live in one sitting, so a non technical officer can get everyone set up on day one.

  • Explore with sample data

Load realistic sample data to explore everything populated, then clear it with one click before you go live. No throwaway typing to kick the tires.

  • Walk the interactive demo

Prefer to look before you commit. The interactive demo tours the member, officer, and chapter surfaces with real flows, no account needed.

The pricing truth

One plan choice, stated plainly

  • Dues sharing: one time $25 setup, then 5% of collections through the platform (dues, event bookings, Support your chapter giving, vendor payments, and brother web app ticket purchases), and 10% of external public ticket sales. Stripe processing comes out of the fee.
  • Flat plans: $25 a week or $1,000 a year, with zero platform percentage on money movement. Alumni are free on every plan.
  • Every plan charges at signup. No trial, no free month.
