IFCInterfraternity Council

Chapter software built for Interfraternity Council chapters.

Structured rush weeks, a real bid list, and brother voting that nobody can trace back to a single member.

Why a generic tool misses

IFC rush runs on a calendar your council publishes and a bid list your chapter controls. Greekstack models both, so the rush chair is never rebuilding the same spreadsheet every semester.

What your chapter gets

Rush week on rails

Publish every open house, invite-only, and bid-day event once. Rushees land on one page with the schedule and the sign-up form, and check-in at the door with a per-event QR code that builds your PNM list automatically.

A bid list that survives contact

Move rushees across a drag-and-drop board from interested to bid extended. Brothers vote anonymously, the vote sums update live, and the board shows you who is a strong yes before bid meeting starts.

Dues without the group chat

Members pay by card and the money lands in your chapter's own connected Stripe account. One tap reminds only the brothers who still owe, and the ledger always shows who has paid.

Officer handoff that works

Preset roles for President, Treasurer, Recruitment and Risk, each scoped to what that officer should read and write. A new e-board inherits clean permissions and a full audit trail of officer actions.

How a semester runs

  1. 1

    Publish the rush schedule

Add every rush event once. It appears on the public rush page and syncs to Google, iCloud or Outlook.

  2. 2

Check rushees in at the door

Each event gets its own QR code. A scan adds the rushee to your board with the event they attended.

  3. 3

Vote, then build the bid list

Brothers vote anonymously. Drag the board into shape at bid meeting and extend bids as private text links.

  4. 4

Collect dues and close the semester

Card payments post to your ledger. Export the roster, the dues record and the compliance trail to CSV.
